1. Choose Your vehicle!

After you have found any vehicles that you like from our inventory, please make your inquiries by e-mail or at our website for the CIF price which will be sent to you by e-mail. If your chosen vehicle has already been under offer to another customer, please contact us back in a few days as the vehicle may become available to you later. Otherwise, you can find and choose another vehicles and make the inquiries again.

2. Request Proforma Invoice & Purchase Agreement

If you agree with the CIF price, please make the request by e-mail for Proforma Invoice(P/I) and Purchase Agreement(P/A). After we sent P/I and P/A to you, we will reserve the chosen vehicle(s) for you up to 48 hours from the time we issued the P/I and P/A.

3. Payment

Please make the 100% payment of the total amount due by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) within 2 business days. The amount due have to be paid in full as a one-time payment (No installment payments accepted). Please make sure that you need to pay all the money transfer fees at your bank because it is not included in the total amount due.

Please send us the Telegraphic Transfer Copy (T/T Copy) as a proof of your payment by e-mail. You will receive the T/T Copy as a proof of your remittance after you executed your payment transfer at your bank. In case that your bank is not immediately issued the T/T Copy, you can send us by e-mail the deposit slip instead.

4. Booking Your Vehicle

After we acknowledged the receipt of your full payment, we will re-confirm the followings important information with you by email:

1. Your Consignee (the person who will be owner, “owner-to-be”, of the vehicle): for Bill of Lading (B/L)
2. Your Notify Party (the person whom the shipping agent will contact in order to notify the confirmed arrival date of your vessel): for Bill of Lading (B/L)
3. Your Documents Destination Address (the address where you want us to mail all of your documents, including your B/L, via DHL courier): for DHL delivery address

For all of the above important information, we need you to please provide the full name exactly the same as the full name shown on the passport or ID, the whole complete address without any abbreviations, and the telephone number(s).

After re-confirming the above important information with you, we will book a shipping vessel for your vehicle to the port of your conveniences.

5. Shipping Schedule

We will send you the shipping schedule around the time of the departure date(s) of the shipping vessel. Please be informed that the name/schedule of the shipping vessel are subjected to changes depend on the decision of the shipping company which is beyond our control. These kind of changes are normally expected in the shipping business.

6. Final Check for Bill of Lading (B/L) Documents

The B/L document will be sent to us by the shipping company around 10-12 days after the departure of the shiping vessel. Once we recieved the B/L document, we will send it to you in PDF file via e-mail.

Immediately after you recieved the B/L in PDF file, we urge you to please VERIFY ALL OF THE B/L INFORMATION VERY CAREFULLY. There should be no mistake at all as the information in the B/L document is very critical; therefore, please immediately inform us of any mistakes you found even the spelling mistakes.

Please be informed that the B/L amendment will not be possible once we dispatch it out to you.*

7. Dispatch B/L Documents

After we received your confirmation that all of the B/L information in the PDF file had been verified, we will start to dispatch the B/L and the other documents to you via DHL courier.

Once your documents are processed for dispatch, the DHL tracking number and its link on your personal VAP page will be notified to you.

8. Delivery of the Vehicle to you

After the shipping vessel has arrived at your port of discharge, you can go to pick up your vehicle at the port. Please make sure to bring all of the necessary documents with you in order to go through the customs clearing process at the port before picking up your vehicle.

In case that you obtained our clearing agent service, then our trained and knowledgeable clearing agent will take care of all the customs clearing process at the port of discharge for you.

In case that you obtained our City Delivery Service, then our knowledgeable forwarding agent staff will deliver your vehicle from the port of discharge to your city as you instructed.
